Terms and Conditions

Full or part time traditional molecatchers are allowed to apply to join
ONLY molecatchers are allowed, We reserve the right to remove any pest controllers or pest control companies.
Any person promoting any other form of quarry other than moles are deemed as
undertaking pest control services and will not be accepted for application or
have the existing membership revoked.
No use of any compounds for moles^*, checks will be made on all new applications.
We will use a customer satisfaction survey, to ensure good practice is adhered to.
All future legislation will be adhered to.
All molecatchers must have Public Liability Insurance.
All membership is valid for 1 year and each a copy of public liability insurance must be made available via post or e mail
All MCD logos may be used by members only in the original form unless written permission has been given.
All enquires will be responded to within 36 hours.
No part of the website or any content may be re-produced or reversed engineered in part or full.
We accept no responsibility for any external links outside of the MCD.
Use of the information is to contact a molecatcher for control services.
We reserve the right to update the terms and is your responsibility
to make sure you comply with the term and conditions set out.
